Yoga Therapist & Somatic Movement Practitioner

 

With over 20 years of personal practice and 10 years of teaching, I’ve seen firsthand how movement, breath, and mindfulness can transform the way we relate to stress, anxiety, and emotional difficulty.

 

My work now focuses on the therapeutic application of movement-based somatic practices to support mental wellbeing. I specialise in helping people manage anxiety, depression, and chronic stress through evidence-informed techniques drawn from yoga therapy, neuroscience, and mindfulness.

 

Whether you’re seeking to reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, or build emotional resilience, I offer a compassionate and trauma-sensitive space to support your journey.

THERAPEUTIC MOVEMENT & SOMATIC SUPPORT (1:1 Sessions)

These one-to-one sessions are tailored to support your physical, emotional, or mental wellbeing. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, injury recovery or chronic stress, we’ll work together using mindful movement, breath regulation, and body awareness techniques.

8-WEEK COURSE FOR ANXIETY & DEPRESSION

A Movement-Based Somatic Approach

This evidence-informed group programme integrates movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and psychoeducation to help regulate the nervous system, reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression, and build emotional resilience.

FREE COMMUNITY MINDFULNESS CLASS (Westminster)

Join me once a month for a friendly, accessible mindfulness session at Hope in the Community Centre. Open to all — no experience needed.

 

  • First Wednesday of every month, 3pm-5pm

GROUP YOGA CLASSES

While my focus is increasingly therapeutic, I continue to offer a few open classes at the Light Centre each week to support all levels of practice.

  • Dynamic Flow: A strong yet soothing practice to help you unwind and rebalance.

  • Flow, Yin & Meditation: A blend of mindful movement, deep release, and formal meditation to ground body and mind.
